WHAT IS VIRGO ALL ABOUT?
Virgo is the realist. This archetype's main focus is paying attention to details and arranging things in a logical, organized way. If you were born with planetary placements in Virgo, you are meant to live through particular experiences that will help you learn about the matters this sign represents.
Karmically speaking, Virgo is encouraging you to be meticulous and organized. Virgo is all about finding things in their environment that don't work and using logic and reason to make them more efficient or practical. You are supposed to embody this sign's energy and intentions in your current life.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT FOR YOU?
Because in your previous incarnations, you didn't really get the chance to experience a life that was orderly and structured. You have either lacked these traits yourself or you may have existed in an environment that didn't put much (or any) importance on these things, so all you could do was surrender to the uncertainty of life and go with the flow. Perhaps your life lacked structure, maybe you were messy by nature or maybe your life was always chaotic despite your best efforts.
In other words, in your previous lives, there wasn't much you were able to control. It seemed like life was constantly throwing you curveballs and you couldn't find a way to get things in order no matter how hard you tried. Perhaps you were just not good at keeping schedules or having a routine, so you did things in a way that was inefficient. You may have missed some very important details which had serious consequences for you or other people. Maybe you were just floating through life and you never dedicated yourself to anything. You may have evaded responsibility and you never got your life together. Perhaps you were always dreaming about the things you wanted to do or achieve but you never tried to turn your dreams into reality.
This kind of existence could have also left you with some deep wounds, namely thinking you never do anything right and constantly feeling like a failure. You may feel like a lost cause or you may think that there is no place for you in this world. You may have a scattered mind, so you keep forgetting things. Perhaps you just hope that things will magically work themselves out without too much effort on your part. You may also rely on the goodness of people too much. The challenge you have to face this time around is to get rid of the limiting beliefs you incarnated with and to heal this core wound that is keeping you stuck in your old patterns.
SO WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO?
Try to do things differently this time around. Learn more about the sign of Virgo and make
a conscious effort to embody its positive qualities.
At the same time, you shouldn't feel guilty about adhering to a strict routine, making lists, keeping a schedule, wanting to do things in an organized manner and leading your life in a particular way. Remember, this is all new to you. It is your turn to experience what it is like to have some order in life, to do things in a productive and efficient manner, to plan ahead and to know what is coming next. By experiencing this perspective, your soul is trying to balance out what it has experienced so far.
On the other hand, you may also have to face some negative consequences that come with being so careful, meticulous or prone to planning and organizing. You may have to deal with criticism from people who might say that you are too rigid or too focused on details and making sure that everything is done to perfection. Such challenges are a part of life but you don't have to feel bad about wanting to be productive or putting care into the way you do things. It is your turn to get everything exactly right.
